The Research Center for Environmental Medicine will have the great honor to invite Dr. Yao-Yu Wang from Quantitative Biomedical Research Center (qBRC), Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, USA. We will host a special lecture and round table discussion on August 12, 2019. Genomic Technology Applications to Clinical Studies
基因體科技於臨床上之應用
Speaker:
Dr. Yao-Yu Wang 王耀煜
Dr. Yaoyu Wang is the Director of Quantitative Biomedical Research Center (qBRC) at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is also a Senior Research Scientist in the Department of Biostatistics. Dr. Wang is an expert in genomics and bioinformatics application to study biomedical problems. His work focuses on high throughput assay (HTA) data analysis, extracellular RNA biomarker discovery, and distributed bioinformatics software development using cloud computing. Dr. Wang was previously an Associate Director at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where he led a genomic research platform using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology and bioinformatics.
